Does everyone know what time it is?! Erin Condren Life Planner video time!
I understand, there are many of you out there that have NO CLUE how some of us get with organization but I legitamatly cried when I saw the package. And here’s why…
I’m going to write about the “process” here so that I don’t waste precious moments rambling away on the video.
These bad-boys went on sale June thirteenth– the day I got back from my trip to Bonnaroo and back (yes, I realize I’m missing the post- Bonnaroo post, I’m working on it!). I remembered late that day, signed on and became overwhelmed with which one I’d choose. It took me two days to decide and on the fifteenth, my order was placed.
Within a few days, I got a personal email from one of the employees, Dewi, that there was an issue with the photograph I had attached (it got all pixilated when blown up to size). She and I worked back and forth for a few hours to get the issue resolved and I couldn’t have been happier that they reached out to me and didn’t just slap it together and reap the fifty dollar benefit. But this is where she made a mistake; she sent me the proof! AND I LOVED IT! I think I literally squeeled and giggled and laughed out loud. It was a mistake of her because now I REALLY wanted this planner in hand. My bad.
I don’t think this company anticipated how busy they would be with the pre-sale sale. My order sat in “waiting” status for about a week when I decided to email Dewi again. She told me it would be shipped out that day, June third, and thanked me for my patience. After the holiday and no sign of the planner being shipped, I emailed Dewi again; loosing a little bit of patience. On their Facebook page I saw numerous comments that people who had ordered on the twentieth already had theirs and I freaked. It just wasn’t fair! After the weekend, Dewi emailed me back (she was on vacation- how dare she- just joking) and reassured me that it was being shipped out that day, with a free upgrade to overnight. You’re kidding I thought!
Well, yesterday came and went and there I sat, checking that damn FedEx site a bajillion times, seeing that it was stuck in Memphis Tennessee. I even called FedEx to see if I could pick it up- nope, it was indeed in Tennessee. Insert crocodile tears of nonsense. But this morning, to my surprise, it was already on the truck ready for delivery. The morning’s anticipation was building…
Until I logged online to see that the delivery man tried to deliver but I wasn’t there to sign for it… because I was at work! Like any other normal person between nine to five! I frantically called to see if it could be delivered to my work just right around the corner, and no was the answer. I had to drive after six to their location to pick it up in person. I was excited and then…
*the first video freezes around 8:30 minutes… you can continue listening with no movement or hop on down to play the second one where I picked up a few moments later*
In the words of a fellow purchaser, bummin’.
