About that. Yeah, this week I didn’t work out as promised and I did eat a little more pasta than I usually do. And the soft serve ice cream cone that I ate late last night probably didn’t help. During the week I drink at least 66oz. of water each day however on the weekends, I can barely drink 32oz. I also need to eat more frequently over the weekends because one giant meal at the end of the day just isn’t cutting it. The beau and I only at out once for our date night at our favorite little restaurant in Albany, Sukho Thai.
Don’t have any excuses and won’t create any. I’ll be more conscious and become more active.
